Dr. Shaun O’Neill
Born in southern Wisconsin, Dr. Shaun O’Neill has spent the last decade in Iowa attending Luther College and the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He was recognized with numerous awards from the college, university, and the American Student Dental Association for his leadership and clinical skills. Dr. O’Neill was the Iowa American Student Dental Association’s president and trustee of the American Student Dental Association. In that role, he created the first annual IASDA Pre-Dental Summer Academy. He presented to the Board of Regents on behalf of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry to emphasize the importance of the college in Iowa.
His leadership has continued after dental school as Dr. O’Neill served on the National Advisory Board for the Professional Protector Plan and was recently elected Vice-President of the Fort Dodge District Dental Society. Dr. O’Neill’s leadership was recently recognized by the American College of Dentists as he has been inducted as a fellow. Less than 3% of dentists nationwide are inducted as it recognizes dentists for exemplifying excellence through outstanding leadership and contributions to dentistry and society.

Dr. Jeremiah Phams
Dr. Jeremiah Phams was born and raised in Iowa. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa in 2006, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2010. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Phams is proud to continue serving patients in his home state. He is an active member of both the American Dental Association and the Iowa Dental Association.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Phams enjoys cooking, weight-training, working in his yard and spending time with his daughter, Saylah.
